INVITATION TO PREQUALIFY FOR TENDER
ConocoPhillips Indonesia Inc. Ltd., a Production Sharing Contractor of the Republic of Indonesia, has a requirement for Transportation and Installation of Mercury Removal Module with the following qualification:

TRANSPORTATION AND INSTALLATION OF MERCURY REMOVAL MODULE FOR EHMR-GAS PROJECT
Basic Requirements:
To be qualified as a participating Registrant, the following formal documents must be provided:
a) Establishment Deed, Article of Association and related amendments, and Company Profile.
b) Valid NPWP (Taxpayer Identification Number) certificate.
c) Proof of tax payment latest year of Setoran PajakTahunan (SPT/PPh) and monthly report of PPh Article 25 or Article 21/Article 23 or PPN, at least for the last 3 (three) months.
d) Valid SIUJK Certificate
e) Valid Sertifikat Badan Usaha (SBU) issued by GAPENSI registered in LPJK.
f) Valid Surat KeteranganTerdaftar(SKT) MIGAS.
