ConocoPhillips (Grissik) Ltd., a Production Sharing Contractor of the Republic of Indonesia, has a requirement for the supply of Pressure Vessels for Corridor Mercury Removal (CMR) Project.

SUPPLY OF PROCESS VESSELS

CORRIDOR MERCURY REMOVAL (CMR) PROJECT

The scope is to supply sixteen (16) ASME Section VIII vertical pressure vessels ranging in diameter from 24to 114’ with design pressures ranging from 75 PSIG to 425 PSIG. Materials of construction are Carbon Steel SAS16 and Stainless Steel 316L,

Companies interested in contending for the scope of supply that can truly meet the requirements set out below are invited to participate in the prequalification stage as directed herein.

Basic Requirements:

To be qualified as a participating Registrant, the following formal documents must be provided;

a) Valid SIUP Certificate or Valid IUT Certificate.

b) Valid NPWP (Taxpayer Identification Number) certificate.

c) Proof of tax payment : latest year of Setoran Pajak Tahunan (SPT/PPh) and monthly report of PPh Article 25 or Article 21 / Article 23 or PPN, at least for the last 3 (three) months.

d) Article of Association and its related amendments.

Companies interested in participating in the prequalification stage shall formally register at ConocoPhillips (Grissik) Ltd. as stipulated below.

Schedule for registration:

Register by submitting the above formalities documentation (a - d basic requirements) at the Procurement Counter In person (see address below) during the period of April 2nd, 2008 to April 4th, 2008, between 09:00 - 11:00 or 13:00 - 14:30 hrs (as per Procurement Counter schedule);

Registrants qualified as the above basic requirements will be invited to collect a copy of the Prequalification Document (notification will be provided by fax).

Full details of all further requirements are set out in the Prequalification Document. Companies that do not meet such requirements will not pass through Prequalification Stage.
