Genting Oil Kasuri Pte. Ltd. (“COMPANY”) as Production Sharing Contractor of Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (“SKKMIGAS”), invites potential service Contractors (“Bidder”) to participate in the Pre-qualification process in compliance to Pedoman Tata Kerja No. PTK-007/SKKMA0000/2017/S0 (Revisi 4) - the work procedure guideline on Supply Chain Management for SKKMIGAS Contractors under Production Sharing Contractor (PSC).

Contractor shall supply 5.5” Super Chrome 13% for H2S and CO2 services to support COMPANY’s Re-Entry program in Kasuri Block, West Papua. The supply shall include mobilization of tubing and accessories to COMPANY’s base in Nagote, West Papua.

A. General Requirements:

Interested Bidders with qualifications and classifications in line with the scope of supply being bid, must register and submit the following documents to the email address: procurement.jakarta@gentingenergy.com:

1. Original letter, requesting to participate in the Bid and Pre-Qualification on Bidder’s letterhead, with clear address and telephone, fax numbers & e-mail, and person in charge.

2. Commitment letter stating the minimum local content can be achieved as requested above, signed on duty stamp by the authorized person.

3. Copy of valid Vendor Certificate from CIVD (SPDA)

B. Registration:

The registration period is from 15-18 February 2021 via email by submitting all the required documents in A.1; A.2; A.3; in a form of soft copy (scanned pdf, etc). After registration, the Bidder will be given a soft copy of Pre-Qualification Administration containing the requirement of Pre-qualification Documents.

The complete Pre-Qualification Documents including all its supporting documents that is specified in the softcopy of Pre-Qualification Administration, shall be submitted via email in the form of soft copy to : procurement.jakarta@gentingenergy.com at latest by 24 February 2021 at 14:00 hrs.

The hard copy for registration and pre-qualification document shall be delivered in a sealed envelope on the following day to:
