Prequalification of Consultancy Services For
Impact Evaluationuof the effects of electrification under EGDP2
(Electricity Grid Development Program II) in Maluku and Papua
1. PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) (Persero) hereby invites qualified independent consultants to submit a prequalification document for consulting services required, funded by PLN Budget.
2. The Objective of the Project:
To manage all aspects of the impact evaluation study to measure the social and gender impacts of electrification in Maluku and Papua resulting from the Result-Based lending (RBL) program (“the Program”) of the State Electricity Corporation (PLN), supported by ADB. The study comprises two linked, but discrete measurement exercises over the period of 2020 - 2024: .
(i) the Baseline survey is to be conducted in the first semester of 2020 and comprising a household survey and community survey;
(ii) a Final End-line survey and impact evaluation in first half of 2024 or last quarter of 2023 (depending on the sequencing of electrification), with a household survey and community survey to measure the impacts of the RBL program.
3. The Deadline of Submission for the Prequalification Document:
21 November 2019.
