Invitation to Register for Pre-Qualification

Genting Oil Kasuri Pte. Ltd. (“COMPANY”) as Production Sharing Contractor of Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (“SKKMIGAS”), invites potential service Contractors (“Bidder”) to participate in the Pre-qualification process in compliance to Pedoman Tata Kerja No. PTK-007/SKKMA0000/2017/S0 (Revisi 4) - the work procedure guideline on Supply Chain Management for SKKMIGAS Contractors under Production Sharing Contractor (PSC).

Scope of Services : To provide rig less well intervention services to repairs temporary cement abandonment plug inside 9-5/8” production casing and supply of required equipment and chemical/ sealant for two (2) wells: ASAP 1X and Bedidi Deep-1X in Kasuri Block, Teluk Bintuni and Fakfak, West Papua.

Minimum Local Content Requirement : 80%

A. General Requirements

Interested Bidders with qualifications and classifications in line with the scope of work being bid, must register and submit the following documents to the email address: procurement.jakarta@gentingenergy.com.

1. Original letter, requesting to participate in the Bid and Pre-Qualification on Bidder’s letterhead, with clear address and telephone, fax numbers & e-mail, and person in charge.

2. Commitment letter stating the minimum local content can be achieved as requested above, signed on duty stamp by the authorized person.

3. Copy of valid Vendor Certificate from CIVD (SPDA).

B. Specific Requirements

In addition to the General Requirements above, Bidders must also submit the following specific documents during the registration:

1. Having experience in provision of Rig Less Well Intervention Services to customers within any Industry in the last seven (7) years proof by copy of Contract/ PO.

C. Registration

The registration period is from 27 May – 2 June 2022 via email by submitting all the required documents in A.1 to A.3 and B.1 in a form of soft copy (scanned pdf, etc). After registration, the Bidder will be given a soft copy of Pre-Qualification Administration containing the requirement of Pre-qualification Documents and HSE Questionnaire containing the HSE requirement.

D. Submission of Prequalification Document & HSE Questionnaire

The complete Pre-Qualification Documents & HSE Questionnaire including all its supporting documents that is specified in the softcopy, shall be submitted via email in the form of soft copy to: procurement.jakarta@gentingenergy.com at latest by 9 June 2022 at 14:00 hrs. If the document submitted is more than 5MB, it must be included in cloud storage (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.). Cloud storage links can be inserted into the body of email.

The HSE Questionnaire shall be submitted via email in the form of soft copy only. The hard copy of Pre-Qualification Documents in a sealed envelope can be delivered on the next days to the following address:
