Announcement Of Pre-Qualification Invitation Via CIVD

PT Medco E&P Natuna Ltd as the Contractor of Oil and Gas Production Sharing Contract is inviting Company that meet the Pre-Qualification (PQ) to participate in Goods and/or Services Procurement as follow:

Procurement Title : Rental Offshore Support Vessel to Support Block B Operations

Business Classification : Large scale enterprise

Type of Procurement : Pengadaan Jasa Lainnya

Classification / Subclassification : 5013 Angkutan Laut Dalam Negeri Untuk Barang atau sub bidang lainnya yang sesuai

Local Content : 35% for Service

Company Status : Perusahaan Dalam Negeri (PDN), Perusahaan Nasional (PN), Konsorsium PDN, atau Konsorsium PDN & PN

Scope of Procurement :

To provide the service or to support Block B Natuna operation, Company intend to contract and hiring Vessel complete with crews and equipment necessary with charter terms as follows:

1. Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS) with regular time charter basis to support Company’s daily activities

2. Offshore Support Vessel (OSV) with call off basis to support Company’s project.

PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the process of Pre-Qualification with the requirements as completely stated in Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document. The PQ participants candidatewho interested shall follow the following process :

1. Registration period and collecting Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document at https://extranet.medcoenergi.com : 19-26 January 2021

2. Submission Date of Pre-Qualification Document : 26 January 2021

Remarks :

1. Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS) with regular time charter basis to support Company’s daily activities

2. Offshore Support Vessel (OSV) with call off basis to support Company’s project.

1. Registrant shall possess valid Surat Izin Usaha Perusahaan Angkutan Laut (SIUPAL)

2. The PQ participants candidate who interested to register shall registered in Centralized & Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD) website (www.civdmigas.com) and have a valid SPDA.

3. PQ participants candidate who registered shall upload all required document for Pre-Qualification through e-Proc website (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).

4. If Consortium, the tender participant who represent the Consortium shall register in Pre-Qualification in the Company’s e-Proc system (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).

5. Specific for Integrated Construction tender, Company who register shall registered in the APDN Services books and only Company who registered in the APDN Services books can act as the Lead of consortium, if register as consortium (not applicable for re-tenders).

PQ participants who passed the Pre-Qualification will be invited to participate in such tender and to collect Tender Document.
