PREQUALIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT
NO. PQ/MAS/2019/18
INPEX MASELA, LTD. ("INPEX"), as the Production Sharing Contractor of the Masela Working Area hereby invites companies, with the relevant experiences and capabilities to participate in the Prequalification phase of a Tender as described below:
Tender Title: Refrigerant Compressor Package and Liquefaction Licensor Technology Selection Study

Business Qualification: Large Business
Business Classification: Consultancy Services
Business Sub-Classification: - Technical Engineering Advisory and Consultancy Services; or
- Engineering Design Services for Industrial and Production Process; or
- Construction Engineering Advisory and Consultancy Services
Local Content Requirement: Minimum 35%
Company Status: Local Company; or National Company; or Consortium between Local Company and Local Company; or Consortium between Local Company and National Company.
The Prequalification will be undertaken in full compliance with SKK Migas Working Guideline No. PTK-007/SKKMA0000/2017/S0 (Revision 04) regarding Procurement of Implementation Guidelines Implementation Guidelines 0167/SKKMH0000/2017/S7.
BRIEF SCOPE OF WORKS:
Company requires the contractor to provide support personnel of Office Supervisor, Office Assistants, Technician /Handymen for Jakarta Offices daily operation including cleaning service, pest control, materials supplies and stationary.
PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENT COLLECTION REQUIREMENT:
Interested companies shall formally register by submitting the following documents:
1. Copy of valid Certificate for Replacement of Administration Document (SPDA).
2. Copy of valid Business License -Large Scale in accordance with the required sub-classification indicated above
Other conditions are specified in the Prequalification Document.
PREQUALIFICATION SCHEDULE:
1. Registration and collection of Prequalification Document shall be within 27th – 29th May 2019 in 27th May 2019 during the hours of 1:00 - 3:00 PM and within 28th - 29th May 2019 during the hours of 8:00 - 10:30 AM and 1 :00 - 3:00 PM at INPEX office as per the address below.
2. Submission of Prequalification Proposal no later than 10th June 2019 at 3:00 PM (closing time) at INPEX office as per the address below.
