INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION

Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited and Saka Energi Muriah Limited as Contractor of Cooperation Contract (KKKS) of SKKMIGAS hereby invites goods and service providers to participate in the following tender.

Title : Provision of Wireline Tractor Services

Activity Section/ Sub Section :  Wireline Tractor Conveyance Device Services

Scope of Work:

- Provision of wireline tractor conveyance device services in 9-5/8” casing, 6⅛” and 8½” open hole size, 3½” and 4½” tubing sizes, 3½”, 4”, 5” and 5½” drill pipe sizes, and 7” liner (26 ppf and 29 ppf). This wireline tractor device shall be able to convey logging tool, shifting tool or downhole video camera in the 6⅛” and 8½” open hole sections.

• Provision of downhole mechanical services suitable with wireline tractor conveyance device in 6⅛” and 8½” open hole size, 3½” and 4½” tubing sizes.

• Provision of auxiliary equipment, such as opening and closing sliding sleeve, setting or retrieving plugs, open and close ICD Completion, and thru tubing milling operation.

• With consent from CONTRACTOR, convey explosive inside the drill pipe for backing-off operation in stuck pipe situation.

The duration of contract is for two (2) years period.

Interested Applicants could register for the pre-qualification process by submitting following documents:

• Interest Letter to participate in the Tender using Applicant letterhead complete with address, phone number, facsimile number and active email that can be contacted.

• Valid SPDA (Surat Pengganti Dokumen Administrasi) which issued by SKKMIGAS Centralized Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD).

Schedule of Prequalification:

Detailed of pre-qualification requirements and general scope of work are provided in the Prequalification Document. Applicant could register and collect the Prequalification Document at the schedule and venue given below:
