BP Berau Ltd invites candidates to participate the prequalification process for tender Provision of Wells Engineering & Project Management Services for Well Operations No. 4420004017. The tender process No. 4420004017 refers to Pedoman Tata Kerja No. PTK-007/SKKIA0000/2023/S9 (Revisi 05) Buku Kedua and Petunjuk Pelaksanaan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa No. EDR-0143/SKKIH0000/2023/S0 and including its amendment from time to time (“ PTK 007”) as the tender procurement guideline of goods and services for Production Sharing Contract (PSC) Contractor.

General Scope of Work

Contractor shall provide engineering services and project management for Well Work activities of Tangguh Integrated Drilling Program (TIDP) and Tangguh Ubadari Carbon Capture & Compression Program (UCC). Contractor will be responsible to deliver the following scope of services includes but not limited to:

a. Provision of drilling, completion, and intervention & testing engineering services support.

b. Provision of project management services including contracting strategy, wells logistic strategy, wells cost management, & interface management. Contractor shall provide suitable qualified and experienced personnel who will be responsible to deliver engineering services throughout drilling, completion, intervention and integrity engineering designs and planning activities required for well delivery and well-work activity. Integrated engineering activities will cover multiple work fronts to deliver excellent performance during well execution. During the execution phase, Contractor will support Wells Operations to successfully execute the well in safe, reliable and efficient manner.

To become invited CANDIDATE in the prequalification process above, Supplier shall register and submit:

1. Letter to request to participate Prequalification process which includes information: email address and mobile phone of 2 (two) contract persons of CANDIDATES who shall be contactable in relation with the Prequalification process which will be held in ARIBA portal.

2. Statement Letter stating commitment to achieve minimum local content as determined above or copy of local content released by authorized government institution.

3. Surat Pengganti Dokumen Administrasi (SPDA) with classification and job classification that meet with this Tender requirement.

The requirements of the above documents should be submitted to: Tender Committee of BP Berau Ltd, via email to: raja_jovian.trisila@bp.com, gina_mayang.lestari@bp.com & ferdy.ventura@se1.bp.com with the subject “Prequalification Registration for Tender No. 4420004017 – [Company Name]”.

Only Suppliers who meet all the prerequisites above will be invited to the Prequalification process. Prequalification Invitation will be sent via BP Berau Ltd official procurement portal. Registration Period: January 30, 2025 – February 5, 2025.
