INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION

Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited and Saka Energi Muriah Limited as Contractor of Cooperation Contract (KKKS) of SKKMIGAS hereby invites goods and service providers to participate in the following Prequalification.

Provision of Wellhead & X-Mas Tree Preventive Maintenance Service

 QUALIFICATION  : Small, Medium & Big Scale Company

Scope of Work:

Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited and Saka Energi Muriah Limited has a requirement for Wellhead & Xmas Tree Inspection, Testing and Maintenance (WORK) on Wellhead Platform operation that would normally be used for Ujung Pangkah area.

These operations may include, but not limited to inspection, testing, maintenance and services of Wellhead & X-Mas Tree equipment components for COMPANY’s Wellhead and X-Mas Tree equipment by issuance of notification or Delivery Instruction Form (DIF) in call out basis to the satisfaction of COMPANY.

Work Location:

- Pangkah Block, East Java

This contract period will be twenty-four (24) months of service.

General Requirement for Registration:

Interested Applicants could register for the pre-qualification process by submitting following documents:

1. Interest Letter to participate in the Tender using Applicant letterhead complete with address, phone number, facsimile number and active email that can be contacted.

2. Valid SPDA (Surat Pengganti Dokumen Administrasi) which issued by SKKMIGAS Centralized Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD).

Schedule of Prequalification:

Detailed of pre-qualification requirements and general scope of work are provided in the Pre-qualification Document.
