Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited as Contractors of Cooperation Contract (KKKS) of SKKMIGAS hereby invites goods and service providers to participate in the following tender.

Scope of Work:

COMPANY has requirement for Wellhead and Xmas Tree Supply and Service for Offshore area. The Sidayu field is an oil field with a small amount of gas that is located about 4 km north of Ujung Pangkah Field, in Gresik, East Java. The field was discovered in 2000 with the drilling of the Sidayu-1 well. COMPANY will undertake drilling campaign commencing around Q1 2021.

The likely casing plan for the development well would be a conventional sequence of: 20” conductor/surface casing, 13-3/8” intermediate casing, 9-5/8” production casing, 7” liner and 4-1/2” tubing. A Starting head will be installed on the 20” Surface Casing and wellhead will be installed on the 13-3/8” Intermediate casing and subsequent casing strings. The design for two re-entry wells shall started from the either 36” or 30” where the base plate will be installed to accommodate installation of 13-5/8” wellhead, upon installation, 9-5/8” Casing and 4-1/2” Tubing can be installed. To ensure interchangeability, the offered wellhead system shall be similar design. The BOP details will be 13 3/8” 10K.

Meanwhile for the Exploration well, the casing plan will be sequence of: 30” Conductor Casing, 20” Surface Casing, 13-3/8” Intermediate Casing, 9-5/8” Production Casing and 7” Liner.

The duration of contract is for two (2) years period.

2. Valid SPDA (Surat Pengganti Dokumen Administrasi) which issued by SKKMIGAS Centralized Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD).
