INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION
Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited as Contractor of Cooperation Contract (KKKS) of SKKMIGAS hereby invites goods and service providers to participate in the following tender.
TITLE: Provision of Wellhead and Xmas Tree Maintenance Services

Scope of Work:
Awarded Bidder shall provide equipment, service, personnel, and material necessary to perform inspection, maintenance and repair for Company’s Wellhead and Christmas Tree equipment which are already installed in the offshore production platforms in Pangkah field.
Mainly the scope of work will include but not limited as following:
a. Inspection, Maintenance & Testing Materials (Test fluids, Lubricant for greasing and flushing, sealant, paint, etc),
b. Inspection, Maintenance, Measuring & Testing Equipment and tool (Ladders, Sling, Pad eyes and other lifting devices, Greaser unit, Pressure gauges, Pressure recorder, Test pumps, Hoses, Painting, lighting, proper size Wrenches, other working Tools, etc).
c. Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair on Wellhead and X-mas tree valves
The duration of contract is for two (2) years period.
General Requirement for Registration:
Interested Applicants could register for the pre-qualification process by submitting following documents:
1. Interest Letter to participate in the Tender using Applicant letterhead complete with address, phone number, facsimile number and active email that can be contacted.
2. Valid SPDA (Surat Pengganti Dokumen Administrasi) which issued by SKKMIGAS Centralized Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD).
Schedule of Prequalification:
Detailed of pre-qualification requirements and general scope of work are provided in the Prequalification Document. Applicant could register and collect the Prequalification Document at the schedule and venue given below:
