Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited as Contractor of Cooperation Contract (KKKS) of SKKMIGAS hereby invites goods and service providers to participate in the following tender.

Scope of Work:
The COMPANY has requirement for the provision of welding services for offshore drilling. The Welding Services Contract Scope of Work is for support Drilling, Workover, and Well Intervention operation in the platform WHPA, WHP-B, West Pangkah (onshore), and future offshore platforms in Ujung Pangkah (Sidayu & Tambakboyo), in East Java.
The General Scope of Work of Welding Services Contract is to provide Welding Services (include scaffolding and hot insulation) for supporting drilling operation.
The Work shall include but not be limited to:
- Materials Procurement and Supply
- Provision suitably Qualified and Experienced Personnel to carry out the Planning, Preparation, Execution and Post Execution Works for this welding services that consists of all welding Personnel, Installation Personnel, Repair Works Personnel, Labor
- Insulation Works
- Welding Works
- Machining Work, if required to support this Welding Services Contract
The duration of contract is for two (2) years period.
General Requirement for Registration:
Interested Applicants could register for the pre-qualification process by submitting following documents:
1. Interest Letter to participate in the Tender using Applicant letterhead complete with address, phone number, facsimile number and active email that can be contacted.
2. Valid SPDA (Surat Pengganti Dokumen Administrasi) which issued by SKKMIGAS Centralized Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD).
Schedule of Prequalification:
Detailed of pre-qualification requirements and general scope of work are provided in the Prequalification Document. Applicant could register and collect the Prequalification Document at the schedule and venue given below:
