Invitation to Register for Pre-Qualification
KUFPEC Indonesia (Anambas) B.V. (“COMPANY”) a Gross Split Production Sharing Contract's Contractor of Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (“SKKMIGAS”), invites potential service Contractors (“BIDDER”) to participate in the Pre-Qualification process with the following details:

Bid Title : Provision of Warehouse Services
Contract Period : Twelve (12) Month
Scope of Work : COMPANY requires Warehouse services in Jabodetabek area to store COMPANY’s excess drilling inventory for twelve (12) months period. The services shall include open yard, closed warehouse, utility, security, heavy equipment (call out) and personnel (call out).

Business Qualification : Medium and Large Business
Business Classification : Other Services (Jasa Lain-Lain)
Minimum Local Content : 55.00%
Interested BIDDER which can meet the qualifications, experiences and classifications as above are invited to register and participate in the PQ process as detailed below:
PQ Registration Period : 20, 21, 22 & 25 July 2022 at 08.00 – 15.00 hours WIB
Document Required to be Submitted for PQ Registration : 1. SPDA (Sertifikat Pengganti Dokumen Admin)
2. Valid Business Licenses (SIUP and other applicable licenses) in line with the Scope of Work above.
3. Statement Letter confirming that BIDDER will be able to meet the minimum Local Content of 55% signed by BIDDER authorized personnel.
4. Statement Letter confirming BIDDER intention to participate in this PQ process along with the contact information of the Person in Charge (email and cell phone) signed by BIDDER authorized personnel.

PQ Document and PQ CHSSEMS Questionnaire Distribution Period : 25 July 2022 at 15.00 – 17.00 hours WIB
PQ Document and PQ CHSSEMS Questionnaire will be distributed through e-mail.
PQ and CHSSEMS Proposals Submission Date : 03 August 2022 at 15.00 hours WIB
All PQ Admin and CHSSEMS Proposals shall be submitted in soft copies via email to idn-procurementcommitte@kufpec.com cc: wsomiadiredja@kufpec.com and scmla@kufpec.com by the due date above.
