INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION

Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited as Contractor of Cooperation Contract (KKKS) of SKKMIGAS hereby invites local goods and service providers in East Java to participate in the following Prequalification.

Title : Provision of Vessel Handling Agents Services for Pangkah

Applicant Qualification : MEDIUM & BIG (Local Goods & Service Provider in East Java)

Activity Section/ Sub Section :  KLBI 2020 – 52297 (Jasa Keagenan Kapal/Agen Perkapalan Perusahaan Pelayaran)

Scope of Work:

CONTRACTOR shall provide all permits, documentation and clearance including but not limited to berthing fee, port charges, pilotages, in/out vessel clearances, and special cases under coordination between CONTRACTOR and COMPANY to enable COMPANY’s vessel berthing along the quayside. The estimated duration of the contract period is 12 months with expected commencement date by February 2022.

General Requirement for Registration:

Interested Applicants could register for the pre-qualification process by submitting following documents: 1. Interest Letter to participate in the Tender using Applicant letterhead complete with address, phone number, facsimile number and active email that can be contacted. 2. Valid SPDA (Surat Pengganti Dokumen Administrasi) which issued by SKKMIGAS Centralized Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD).

Detailed of pre-qualification requirements and general scope of work are provided in the Prequalification Document. Applicant could register and collect the Prequalification Document via electronic mail at the schedule given below:

This tender process is based and refer to the Pedoman Tata Kerja SKK MIGAS No. PTK.007/SKKMA0000/2017/S0 (Revisi-04) and tender guidlines no. EDR-0167/SKKMH0000/2017/S7 and only qualified applicant could participate in this Prequalification.
