Saka Energi Muriah Limited as Contractor of Cooperation Contract (KKKS) of SKKMIGAS hereby invites goods and service providers to participate in the following Prequalification.

1. Scope of Work

Saka Energi Muriah Limited (SEML) is operator of Muriah PSC, offshore Cental Java Sea, Indonesia. The current operation of Muriah PSC, Kepodang Field is located about 180 km northeast of Semarang, the Capital City of Central Java Province, in water depths ranging from 60 to 70 meters.

This Scope of Work is provision of offshore transportation and installation for new Substructure Monotower WHT-D as part of Phase-1 development. In general, the Scope of Work shall be but not limited to the following:

1. Endorsement of the Scope of Work and Technical Specifications and Drawings related to the WORK;

2. Transportation and Installation of the Substructure Monotower WHT-D including any Engineering, Design, and Project Management for Transportation and Installation;

3. Procurement and supply of CONTRACTOR ITEMS, including, handling, inspection, testing, coordination, storage, preservation, warehousing, maintenance, transportation, custom clearance, forwarding, receiving, and recording;

4. Provision of all Certifications, port clearance and permits required to execute and complete the WORK including MIGAS Certification for Substructure Monotower WHT-D, if any;

The duration of contract is for six (6) months period with estimated commencement date by September – October 2023.

2. General Requirement for Registration

Interested Applicants could register for the pre-qualification process by submitting following documents:

1. Interest Letter to participate in the Tender using Applicant letterhead complete with address, phone number, facsimile number and active email that can be contacted.

2. Valid SPDA (Surat Pengganti Dokumen Administrasi) which issued by SKKMIGAS Centralized Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD).

3. Schedule of Prequalification

Detailed of pre-qualification requirements and general scope of work are provided in the Prequalification Document. Applicant could register and collect the Prequalification Document via electronic mail at the schedule given below:
