Invitation to Register for Pre-Qualification

KUFPEC Indonesia (Anambas) B.V. (“COMPANY”) a Gross Split Production Sharing Contract's Contractor of Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (“SKKMIGAS”) as an Operator of Anambas Block, Offshore Natuna Sea, invites potential service Contractors (“BIDDER”) to participate in the PreQualification process with the following details:

Bid Title : Provision of Project Manpower Services

Contract Period : Eighteen (18) Months

Scope of Work : COMPANY requires CONTRACTOR to provide technical third-party manpower services to support COMPANY’s Pre-FEED and development project in Anambas block for Q1 2023. CONTRACTOR shall also provide recruitment services of the manpower starting from the job advertisement until the screening process (background check, MCU, etc).

Business Qualification : Large Business

Business Classification : Other Services (Jasa Lain - Lain)

Minimum Local Content : 55 %

Interested BIDDER which can meet the qualifications, experiences and classifications as above are invited to register and participate in the PQ process as detailed below:

1. PQ Registration Period : 31 Oct 2022 – 3 Nov at 08.00 – 15.00 hours WIB

2. Document Required to be Submitted for PQ Registration : 1. SPDA (Sertifikat Pengganti Dokumen Admin)

2. Valid Business Licenses (SIUP and other applicable licenses) in line with the Scope of Work above.

3. Statement Letter confirming BIDDER intentions to participate in this Pre-Qualification process including contact information of the Person in Charge, signed by BIDDER’s authorized personnel.

4. Statement Letter confirming BIDDER shall be able to meet the minimum local content of 55%.

3 PQ Document Distribution Period : 3 Nov 2022 at 15.00 – 17.00 hours WIB

PQ Document and PQ HSSE Questionnaire will be distributed through e-mail.

4 PQ Submission Date : 14 Nov 2022 at 14.00 hours WIB

Admin, and Technical PQ Proposals shall be submitted no later than the above PQ Submission Date and Time in the form of soft copies by email directly or by cloud service to idnprocurementcommitte@kufpec.com; cc: wsomiadiredja@kufpec.com, hseto@kufpec.com and sliana@kufpec.com

Only Registered BIDDERs who submitted a complete and correct PQ Proposals and passed the PQ evaluation in its entirety will be eligible to be invited to the Bidding Process.
