ANNOUNCEMENT OF PRE-QUALIFICATION INVITATION VIA CIVD

PT Medco E & P Indonesia as the Contractor of Oil and Gas Production Sharing Contract is inviting Company that meet the Pre-Qualification (PQ) to participate in Goods and/or Services Procurement as follow:

Procurement Title: PROVISION OF PENETRATION TESTING SERVICES

Type of Procurement : Other Services

Classification/Subclassification: a. 4651 (Wholesale Trade of Computers, Computer Equipment, and Software); or b. 6209 (Information Technology Activities and Other Computer Services); or c. Other relevant fields or sub-fields.

Local Content: 55.00 %

Company Status : Domestic Companies (PDN), National Companies (PN), PDN Consortium with PDN, and/or PDN Consortium with PN.

Scope of Procurement:

PROVISION OF PENETRATION TESTING SERVICES

PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the process of Pre-Qualification with the requirements as completely stated in Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document. The PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the following process:

1. Registration period and collecting Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document at https://extranet.medcoenergi.com  : 29 August 2024 13.00 – 03 September 2024 17.00

2. Submission Date of Pre-Qualification Document : 04 September 2024 17.00

Remarks:

1. The PQ participants candidate who interested to register shall registered in Centralized & Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD) website (www.civd-migas.com) and have a valid SPDA.

2. PQ participants candidate who registered shall upload all required document for Pre-Qualification through e-Proc website (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).

3. If Consortium, company who represent the Consortium shall register in Pre-Qualification in the Company’s e-Proc system (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).

4. Specific for Integrated Construction tender, Company who register shall registered in the APDN Services books and only Company who registered in the APDN Services books can act as the Lead of consortium, if register as consortium (not applicable for re-tenders).

PQ participants who passed the Pre-Qualification will be invited to participate in such tender and to collect Tender Document.
