PENGUMUMAN PRAKUALIFIKASI

PREQUALIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Mubadala Energy (Sebuku) Ltd, mengundang Calon Peserta Tender untuk berpartisipasi dalam Prakualifikasi untuk Tender di bawah ini dengan mengacu kepada Pedoman Tata Kerja SKKMIGAS No. PTK-007/SKKIA0000/2023/S9 (Revisi 05) dan Petunjuk Pelaksanaan Tender No. EDR-0143/SKKIH0000/2023/S0 (selanjutnya disebut “PTK 007”)

Mubadala Energy (Sebuku) Ltd, invites the Prospective Tender Participants to participate in the Prequalification for the Tender below regarding the SKKMIGAS Work Procedure Guideline No. PTK-007/SKKIA0000/2023/S9 (Revision 05) and Tender Implementation Manual No. EDR-0143/SKKIH0000/2023/S0 (hereinafter referred to as "PTK 007")

5 Ruang Lingkup Kerja Singkat / Brief Scope of Work : The company requires the Contractor to provide office housekeeping services which include but are not limited to cleaning services, housekeeping, mailing and courier services, pantry supplies, stationary supplies, maintenance and repair services, and also receptions handling.

II. PERSYARATAN PENDAFTARAN PRAKUALIFIKASI/ PREQUALIFICATION REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT Sertifikat Pengganti Dokumen Administrasi (SPDA) dari sistem Centralized Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD) yang masih berlaku dan sesuai dengan persyaratan Golongan Usaha dan Sub-Bidang Usaha diatas. Administrative Documents Replacement Certificate (SPDA) from Centralized Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD) system, which is still valid and meets the above Business Classification and Business Subsector requirement.

III. JADWAL & LOKASI PRAKUALIFIKASI / PREQUALIFICATION SCHEDULE & LOCATION

1 Periode Pendaftaran dan Pembagian Dokumen Prakualifikasi Registration period and Distribution Prequalification Document : 10-13 March 2025 09.00 – 16.00 WIB

2 Batas Waktu Penyerahan Dokumen Persyaratan Prakualifikasi Deadline of Prequalification Requirement Document Submission : 20 March 2025

3 Melalui/Thru : Registrasi, pembagian dan penyerahan Dokumen Prakualifikasi melalui email ID.Procurement_Committee@mubadalaenergy.com

IV. LAIN-LAIN / MISCELLANEOUS

1. Calon Peserta PQ yang berminat untuk mendaftar, harus terdaftar di situs Centralized & Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD) (www.civd-migas.com) dan memiliki SPDA yang masih berlaku

The PQ participants candidate who interested to register, shall registered in Centralized & Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD) website (www.civd-migas.com) and have a valid SPDA

2. Penilaian Kualifikasi untuk kontrak Jasa hanya dapat diikuti oleh perusahaan (-perusahaan) yang berbadan hukum dan tidak terhalang kepesertaannya berdasarkan ketentuan dalam PTK 007.

Prequalification for Service contract can only be participated by legal entity(-ies) and not being sanctioned by the provisions under PTK 007.

3. Hanya Calon Peserta Tender yang dinyatakan lulus penilaian kualifikasi yang akan diundang untuk mengikuti proses Tender selanjutnya.

Only Participants who passed the qualification evaluation will be invited to the next Tender process.

4. Pemasukan Dokumen Kualifikasi di luar waktu dan tempat yang ditentukan diatas tidak akan diterima.

Qualification document submission beyond the designated time and location above will not be accepted.
