Jasa penyedia alat/tenaga medis or having experience in supplying medical services.

Scope of Work:

Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited (COMPANY) foresees the need for 2 years Medical Services Contract which includes but not limited to provision of general medical services, occupational health services, evacuation and medicine/equipment handling for Gas Plant/Oil Field operations in onshore Pangkah Field, Gresik, East Java and offshore.

General Requirement for Registration:

Interested Applicants could register for the pre-qualification process by submitting following documents:

1. Interest Letter to participate in the Tender using Applicant letterhead complete with address, phone number, facsimile number and active email that can be contacted.

2. Valid SPDA (Surat Pengganti Dokumen Administrasi) which issued by SKKMIGAS Centralized Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD).
