Saka Energi Muriah Limited and Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited as Contractors of Cooperation Contract (KKKS) of SKKMIGAS hereby invites goods and service providers to participate in the following tender.
TITLE : Provision of Jack Up Drilling Rig Services

ACTIVITY SECTION/ SUB SECTION : 02.d.02: Pemboran di Lepas Pantai (Offshore Drilling)
02.p.03.01: Jasa Penyedia Peralatan Pemboran antara lain: Offshore Rig.
Scope of Work:
Saka Energi Muriah Limited and Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited (“Company”) have a plan to drill exploration and development wells at Java and Sulawesi waters. To support this plan, Company requires a jack up drilling rig including personnel and its services to support the drilling program from 2022-2024.
General Requirement for Registration:
Interested Applicants could register for the pre-qualification process by submitting following documents:
1. Interest Letter to participate in the Tender using Applicant letterhead complete with address, phone number, facsimile number and active email that can be contacted.
2. Valid SPDA (Surat Pengganti Dokumen Administrasi) which issued by SKKMIGAS Centralized Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD).
Schedule of Prequalification:
Detailed of pre-qualification requirements and general scope of work are provided in the Prequalification Document. Applicant could register and get the Prequalification Document thru email at the schedule and venue given below:
