Invitation to Register for Pre-Qualification

Genting Oil Kasuri Pte. Ltd. (“COMPANY”) as Production Sharing Contractor of Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (“SKKMIGAS”), invites potential service Contractors (“Bidder”) to participate in the Pre-qualification process in compliance to Pedoman Tata Kerja No. PTK-007/SKKMA0000/2017/S0 (Revisi 4) - the work procedure guideline on Supply Chain Management for SKKMIGAS Contractors under Production Sharing Contractor (PSC).

A. General Requirements:

Interested Bidders with qualifications and classifications in line with the scope of work being bid, must register and submit the following documents to the email address: procurement.jakarta@gentingenergy.com:

1. Original letter, requesting to participate in the Bid and Pre-Qualification on Bidder’s letterhead, with clear address and telephone, fax numbers & e-mail, and person in charge.

2. Commitment letter stating the minimum local content can be achieved as requested above, signed on duty stamp by the authorized person.

3. Copy of valid Vendor Certificate from CIVD (SPDA)

B. Specific Requirements:

In addition to the General Requirements above, Bidders must also submit the following specific documents during the registration:

1. The Bidder must have been established for at least three (3) years and having experience in providing computer rental services such as Server, Network, Firewall, Desktop PC, Laptop and Desktop Workstation, supply software license and man power for the last seven (7) years.

2. The Bidder shall have experience in provision of computer rental services with minimum contract value above IDR 3,000,000,000. The Bidder shall provide the copy of Contract/PO and Completion Certificate to endorse such experience.

3. The Bidder shall have Copy of valid Business License in Perdagangan komputer, perlengkapan komputer dan piranti lunak atau sejenisnya.

4. The Bidder shall have their own Technical Support Team.

5. The bidder shall have office around Jakarta.

6. The bidder may have supporting letter from Principal.

Registration :

The registration period is from 30 December 2020 – 6 January 2021 via email by submitting all the required documents in A.1 to A.3 and B.1 to B6 in a form of soft copy (scanned pdf, etc). After registration, the Bidder will be given a soft copy of Pre-Qualification Administration containing the requirement of Pre-qualification Documents.

The complete Pre-Qualification Documents including all its supporting documents that is specified in the softcopy of Pre-Qualification Administration, shall be submitted via email in the form of soft copy to : procurement.jakarta@gentingenergy.com at latest by 8 January 2021 at 14:00 hrs. The hard copy in a sealed envelope can be delivered on the next days to the following address:
