BACKGROUND

TALISMAN ANDAMAN B.V. (hereinafter referred to as "Company"), is a Production Sharing Contract (PSC) Contractor and as the operator of Andaman III working area, Indonesia.

Company is requiring a capable contractor to provide services for H2S Equipment and Services to support the drilling program of Rencong-1X well located in the Andaman III Block, Aceh Region, North Sumatra, Indonesia.

REGISTRATION FOR QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Registrants must submit its credentials prior to receiving Prequalification Instruction document from Tender Committee.

1. Letter of Interest to participate in the Prequalification and must specify the following:

a. Registrant’s contact person: Name, Title, Email Address, Contact Number. Registrant will receive the Prequalification Instruction document from Tender Committee

this letter shall be on Registrant official letterhead and signed by authorized official of the Registrant.

2. Copy of valid SPDA (Surat Pengganti Dokumen Administrasi) for Qualification and Classification related to the implementation of the Work

- Submit the Registration Requirements in PDF format by email to : tendercommittee_jkt@repsol.com and lmlatifah@repsol.com

-  In the subject email to quote: “Registration PQ-H3619: [Registrant’s name]

MINIMUM QUALIFICATON REQUIREMENTS:

- Must have at least 1 time experience to provide H2S equipment and services for 5 (five) offshore wells within the last 7 (seven) years

- Must have a training facility and able to perform an internal H2S training and External H2S Training certified by BNSP

SCHEDULE FOR REGISTRATION

1. Registration will be open from : Thursday, 12th November 2020 until Monday, 16th November 2020 from 08:00 to 15:00 WIB

2. Prequalification Instruction document will be distributed digitally usimg Company sharepoint, and Prequalification proposal should be submitted digtally to Company designated sharepoint.

Failure in meeting the above requirement will result in disqualification with no invitation for the next process.

Schedule and procedure for this Prequalification process is in accordance to the prevailing Procurement Guideline (Pedoman Tata Kerja) Number PTK-007/SKKMA0000/2017/S0 (Revision 4).
