Invitation to Register for Pre-Qualification

KUFPEC Indonesia (Anambas) B.V. (“COMPANY”) a Gross Split Production Sharing Contract's Contractor of Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (“SKKMIGAS”) as an Operator of Anambas Block, Offshore Natuna Sea, invites potential service Contractors (“BIDDER”) to participate in the Pre-Qualification process with the following details:

1 Bid Number : KIABV/REC/OPD/CPT/2021/002

2 Bid Title : Provision of Fixed Wing and Rotary Wing Services

3 Contract Period : Twelve (12) Months

4 Scope of Work : COMPANY requires Fixed Wing and Rotary Wing services complete with Fuel, Airpo Facility and Ground Handiling to support the Drilling program and logistics operations in Anambas block starting on Q4 2021

5 Type of Procurument : Services

6 Businees Qualification : Large Business

7 Businees Classfication : Offshore Air Flight Services (Jasa Pesawat Udara)

8 Minuman Local Conteent : 35%

Interested BIDDER which can meet the qualifications, experiences and classifications as above are invited to register and participate in the PQ process as detailed below:

1 PQ Registation Period : 10, 11 & 14 June 2021 at 08 – 15.00 WIB

2 Document Requeired to be Submutted for PQ Registration : 1. SPDA(Sertifikat Pengganti Dokumen Admin)2: Valid Business Licenses for Fixed wing and Rotary Wing services 3. Valid Operational License for fixed Wing and Rotary wing services from Ministry of Transportation.

All the above Registration document shall be submitted in soft copies via email to

3.PQ Document Distribution Period : 14 June 2021 at 15.00-17.00 hours WIB

PQ Document and PQ HSSE Questionnaire will be distributed through e-mail.

4. PQ Submission Date: 21 June 2021 at 14.00 hours WIB

Admin, Technical and HSSE PQ Proposals shall be submitted no later than the above PQ Submission Date and Time in the form of soft copies by email directly or by cloud to idn-procurementcommitte@kufpec.com cc: wsmomiadiredjaka@kufpec.com

Only Registered BIDDERs who submitted a complete and correct PQ Proposals and passed the PQ evaluation in its entirety will be eligible to be invited to the Bidding Process.
