1. Scope of Work

Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited (COMPANY) and its affiliates foresees the requirement for services of a design and engineering work with a qualified CONTRACTOR that able to provide engineering design and technical support services.

The General Scope of Work is to provide Engineering Design Services on a call-off basis to support of COMPANY development projects. The intention of this contract is that the CONTRACTOR to contributes to the COMPANY’s engineering efforts by providing an engineering service comprising of engineering studies, conceptual of new facilities and detail engineering design for existing facilities improvement initiatives and at the same time able to provide specialist discipline engineering support, project management and construction management support.

The Effective Date of Contract is expected to commence by end Q4 2022 with a duration of Contract for 3 years period.

2. General Requirement for Registration

Interested Applicants could register for the pre-qualification process by submitting following documents:

1. Interest Letter to participate in the Tender using Applicant letterhead complete with address, phone number, facsimile number and active email that can be contacted.

2. Valid SPDA (Surat Pengganti Dokumen Administrasi) which issued by SKKMIGAS Centralized Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD).

3. Schedule of Prequalification

Detailed of pre-qualification requirements and general scope of work are provided in the Prequalification Document. Applicant could register and collect the Prequalification Document via electronic mail at the schedule given below:

This tender process is based and refer to the Pedoman Tata Kerja SKK MIGAS No. PTK.007/SKKMA0000/2017/S0 (Revisi-04) and tender guidlines no. EDR-0167/SKKMH0000/2017/S7 and only qualified applicant could participate in this Prequalification.
