Invitation to Register for Pre-Qualification

KUFPEC Indonesia (Anambas) B.V. (“COMPANY”) a Gross Split Production Sharing Contract's Contractor of Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (“SKKMIGAS”) as an Operator of Anambas Block, Offshore Natuna Sea, invites potential service Contractors (“BIDDER”) to participate in the Pre- Qualification process with the following details:

1 Bid Number : KIABV/REC/OPD/CPT/2020/008

2 Bid Title : Provision of Directional Drilling Services

3 Contract Period  : Eighteen (18) Months

4 Scope of Work : COMPANY requires Directional Drilling Services complete with qualified personnel, tools, equipment, and consumables to support COMPANY’s Drilling program in Anambas Block in Q3 2021.

5 Type of Procurement : Services

6 Business Qualification : Large Business

7 Business Classification : Offshore Drilling Services (Jasa Pemboran – Laut)

8 Minimum Local Content : 45 %

Interested BIDDER which can meet the qualifications, experiences and classifications as above are invited to register and participate in the PQ process as detailed below:

1 PQ Registration Period 28 – 30 July 2020 at 08.00 – 15.00 hours WIB

2 Document Required to be Submitted for PQ Registration

1. SPDA (Sertifikat Pengganti Dokumen Admin)

2. Valid Business Licenses (SIUP and other applicable licenses) in line with the Scope of Work above.

All the above Registration document shall be submitted in soft copies via email to idn-procurementcommitte@kufpec.com cc: wsomiadiredja@kufpec.com.

3 PQ Document Distribution Period : 30 July 2020 at 15.00 – 17.00 hours WIB

PQ Document and PQ HSSE Questionnaire will be distributed through e-mail.

4 PQ Submission Date 06 August 2020 at 10.00 hours WIB Admin and Technical PQ Proposals shall be submitted in original hard copies document, while PQ HSSE/CSMS Proposals shall be submitted in soft copies in USB. PQ HSSE/CSMS submission in hard copies will NOT be accepted.

All the above Admin, Technical and HSSE PQ Proposals shall be submitted by the due date to the following address:

Only Registered BIDDERs who submitted a complete and correct PQ Proposals and passed the PQ evaluation in its entirety will be eligible to be invited to the Bidding Process.
