Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited and Saka Energi Muriah Limited as Contractor of Cooperation Contract (KKKS) of SKKMIGAS hereby invites goods and service providers to participate in the following Prequalification.

1. Scope of Work

Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited and Saka Energi Muriah Limited (COMPANY) and its affiliates foresees the requirement for services of a Directional Drilling (DD), Surveying, Measurement While Drilling (MWD), Logging While Drilling (LWD) and Gyro While Drilling (GWD) services on board Mobile Offshore Drilling Units (MODU’s) and Onshore Rig in the East Java Onshore and Offshore area. The equipment will be used for development wells but may also be used for exploration, appraisal, development drilling and potential Workovers and/or sidetracks at other locations.

This contract period will be twenty-four (24) months of service

2. General Requirement for Registration

Interested Applicants could register for the pre-qualification process by submitting following documents:

1. Interest Letter to participate in the Tender using Applicant letterhead complete with address, phone number, facsimile number and active email that can be contacted.

2. Valid SPDA (Surat Pengganti Dokumen Administrasi) which issued by SKKMIGAS Centralized Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD).

3. Schedule of Prequalification

Detailed of pre-qualification requirements and general scope of work are provided in the Prequalification Document. Applicant could register and collect the Prequalification Document via electronic mail at the schedule given below:

This tender process is based and refer to the Pedoman Tata Kerja SKK MIGAS No. PTK.007/SKKMA0000/2017/S0 (Revisi-04) and tender guidlines no. EDR-0167/SKKMH0000/2017/S7and only qualified applicant could participate in this Prequalification.
