INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION

Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited as Contractor of Cooperation Contract (KKKS) of SKKMIGAS hereby invites service providers to participate in the following Prequalification.

Provision of Debris Survey Services

• QUALIFICATION  : Big Scale Company

Scope of Work:

The Contractor shall conduct a Debris Survey to enable the COMPANY to acquire debris data from each location for the following purposes:

1. Identifying and locating possible constraints and hazards from man-made/natural/ geological features like, ship/metal wrecks, sea minefield area identification and marking, underwater pipe/cable line, abandoned wellhead/subsea platform/anchors, industrial structures, rock outcrops, seabed trench, oceanic ridge/crust, debris, concrete block, wire/chain, seabed depressions, jack-up rig footprints, individual slump and edge of slump, seabed scars, anchor holding conditions, high sonar reflectively seabed, potential sensitive habitats e.g. coral and the like;

2. Capturing topography of seafloor including water depth at location;

The duration of contract is for one (1) year period.

General Requirement for Registration:

Interested Applicants could register for the pre-qualification process by submitting following documents:

1. Interest Letter to participate in the Tender using Applicant letterhead complete with address, phone number, facsimile number and active email that can be contacted.

2. Valid SPDA (Surat Pengganti Dokumen Administrasi) which issued by SKKMIGAS Centralized Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD).

Schedule of Prequalification:

Detailed of pre-qualification requirements and general scope of work are provided in the Pre-qualification Document. Applicant could register for the Prequalification Document thru email at the schedule and venue given below:

This tender process is based and refer to the Pedoman Tata Kerja SKK MIGAS No. PTK.007/SKKIA0000/2023/S9 (Revisi 05 and tender guidlines no. EDR-0143/SKKIH0000/2023/S0 and only qualified applicant could participate in this Prequalification.
