Invitation to Register for Pre-Qualification

Genting Oil Kasuri Pte. Ltd. (“COMPANY”) as Production Sharing Contractor of Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (“SKKMIGAS”), invites potential service Contractors (“Bidder”) to participate in the Pre-qualification process in compliance to Pedoman Tata Kerja No. PTK-007/SKKMA0000/2017/S0 (Revisi 4) - the work procedure guideline on Supply Chain Management for SKKMIGAS Contractors under Production Sharing Contractor (PSC).

Scope of Services : CONTRACTOR is required to provide Crew Boat Rental Services in accordance to COMPANY’s requirement and specifications, complete with the Crew Boat Crews, Maintenance, Spare Part and Docking/Repair services to support COMPANY’s regular crew change operations between Babo and Nagote or other destinations as required within Kasuri Block in West Papua.

Minimum Local Content Requirement : 35%

A. General Requirements:

Interested Bidders with qualifications and classifications in line with the scope of work being bid, must submit the following documents during registration:

1. Original letter, requesting to participate in the Bid and Pre-Qualification on Bidder’s letterhead, with clear address and telephone, fax numbers & e-mail, and person in charge.

2. Commitment letter stating the minimum local content can be achieved as requested above, signed on duty stamp by the authorized person.

3. Copy of valid Vendor Certificate from CIVD (SPDA)

4. Copy of Surat Kemampuan Usaha Penunjang (SKUP) Migas for Bidder with Perusahaan Dalam Negeri status.

5. Bidders shall collect Pre-Qualification Administration & HSES Requirement documents in softcopy during registration period. Bidders must bring their own flash disk to transfer such softcopy.

B. Specific Requirements:

In addition to the General Requirements above, Bidders must also submit the following specific documents during the registration:

1. Copy of valid Business License for Sea Transport (Surat Ijin Usaha Pelayaran/SIUPAL) under Bidder’s name. SIUPAL under third party’s name is not allowed.

2. List of Experiences showing Bidder’s experience in providing Crew Boat Rental Services to customers within the Oil & Gas Industry in the last seven (7) years in remote area.

Registration :

The soft copy of Pre-Qualification Administration & HSES Requirement document as stated in Section A.5 above can be collected from COMPANY’s reception office in Jakarta during registration period: 6 – 12 February 2020 from 09.00 to 15.00 hours, after submitting all the required document in A.1 to A.5 and B.1 to B.2.

The complete Pre-Qualification Documents including all its supporting documents that is specified in the softcopy of Pre-Qualification Administration, shall be submitted in the form of HARD COPY in a sealed envelope and for Pre-Qualification HSES proposal and supporting documentation shall be submitted in the form of SOFT COPY only (flash disk or CD). Hard copy submission will not be accepted. The submission of the Pre-Qualification Administration and HSES proposals shall be submitted

at the latest by 21 February 2020 at 14:00 hrs to the following address:
