TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT

INVITATION TO REGISTER FOR PREQUALIFICATION

KUFPEC Indonesia (Anambas) B.V. (“COMPANY”) a Gross Split Production Sharing Contract's Contractor of Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (“SKKMIGAS”) as an Operator of Anambas Block, Offshore Natuna Sea, invites potential service Contractors (“BIDDER”) to participate in the PreQualification process with the following details:

Bid Title : Provision Of Conceptual And Pre Feed Study

Contract Period : Eighteen (18) Months

Scope of Work : COMPANY requires CONTRACTOR to provide Concept Selection and Pre-FEED Engineering studies for Anambas Block Development program. The studies services shall include all related project personnel, equipment, software and may require site survey/assessment.

Type of Procurement : Services

Business Qualification : Large Business

Business Classification : Pre-FEED Services

Minimum Local Content : 60 %

Interested BIDDER which can meet the qualifications, experiences and classifications as above are invited to register and participate in the PQ process as detailed below:

PQ Registration Period : 28 November – 1 December 2022 at 08.00 – 15.00 hours WIB

Document Required to be Submitted for PQ Registration : 1. SPDA (Sertifikat Pengganti Dokumen Admin)

2. Valid Business Licenses (SIUP and other applicable licenses) in line with the Scope of Work above.

3. Statement Letter confirming that BIDDER will be able to meet the minimum Local Content of 60% signed by BIDDER authorized personnel.

4. Statement Letter confirming BIDDER intention to participate in this PQ process along with the contact information of the Person in Charge (email and cell phone) signed by BIDDER authorized personnel.

PQ Document and PQ HSSE Questionnaire Distribution Period : 1 December 2022 at 15.00 hours PQ Document and PQ HSSE Questionnaire will be distributed through e-mail.

PQ Submission Date : 9 December 2022 at 15.00 hours WIB All PQ Proposals shall be submitted in soft copies via email to idnprocurementcommitte@kufpec.com cc: hseto@kufpec.com, wsomiadiredja@kufpec.com and sliana@kufpec.com by the due date above.
