BP Berau Ltd. invites PROSPECTIVE TENDER PARTICIPANTS to participate in the prequalification process for the Tender: Provision of Cementing and Bulk Plant Equipment and Services for the Tangguh UCC Project No. 4420003778. The Tender process must adhere to the Guidelines No. PTK-007/SKKIA0000/2023/S9 (Revision 05) Book Two, along with the Procurement Guidelines No. EDR-0143/SKKIH0000/2023/S0, including any amendments from time to time, issued by SKK Migas (“PTK 007”) as the implementation guide for the procurement of goods and services within the environment of Production Sharing Contract Contractors (KKKS).
General Scope of Work
The scope of work includes but is not limited to:
- Cement and additives for primary cementing and repair
- Downhole test packers/tools
- Bulk Plant at Tangguuh shore base
- Laboratory (Jakarta and Field)
- Personnel (Jakarta and Field)
information related to prequalification.

To become a PROSPECTIVE TENDER PARTICIPANT invited to the prequalification process mentioned above, the Goods/Services Provider must register by submitting:
1. A written application letter to participate in the Prequalification process, including contact information such as the email addresses and mobile phone numbers of two (2) contacts from the PROSPECTIVE TENDER PARTICIPANT who can be reached regarding the Prequalification process, which will be conducted on the ARIBA portal.
2. A declaration of willingness to meet the minimum Local Content (TKDN) achievement level as stipulated above, signed by the highest-ranking official, or provide a copy of the TKDN certificate issued by the relevant government authority.
