Invitation to Register for Pre-Qualification

KUFPEC Indonesia (Anambas) B.V. (“COMPANY”) a Gross Split Production Sharing Contract's Contractor of Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (“SKKMIGAS”) as an Operator of Anambas Block, Offshore Natuna Sea, invites potential service Contractors (“BIDDER”) to participate in the PreQualification process with the following details:

3 Contract Period Twelve (12) Months

4 Scope of Work COMPANY requires Provision of Cargo Container Unit Rental Services to support COMPANY’s drilling program in Anambas Block in Q3 2021.

5 Type of Procurement Services

6 Business Qualification Medium Business

7 Business Classification UNSPSC Code 24110000: Containers and storage UNSPSC Code 47121702: Waste containers KBLI 2020 no 77302

8 Minimum Local Content 55%

Interested BIDDER which can meet the qualifications, experiences and classifications as above are invited to register and participate in the PQ process as detailed below:

1 PQ Registration Period 30 April – 5 May 2021 at 08.00 – 15.00 hours WIB

2 Document Required to be Submitted for PQ Registration : 1. SPDA (Sertifikat Pengganti Dokumen Admin)

2. Valid Business Licenses (SIUP and other applicable licenses) in line with the Scope of Work above.

3. Valid SKUP from Migas in line with the Scope of Work above for Domestic Bidders.

4. Statement Letter confirming that BIDDER will be able to meet the minimum Local Content of 55% signed by BIDDER authorized personnel.

5. Statement Letter confirming BIDDER intention to participate in this PQ process along with the contact information of the Person in Charge (email and cell phone) signed by BIDDER authorized personnel.

3 PQ Document Distribution Period : 6 May 2021 at 0800 – 17.00 hours WIB PQ Document will be distributed through e-mail.

4 PQ Submission Date : 10 April 2021 at 15.00 hours WIB

All PQ Proposals shall be submitted in soft copies via email to idnprocurementcommitte@kufpec.com cc: hseto@ kufpec.com by the due date above.

Only Registered BIDDERs who submitted a complete and correct PQ Proposals and passed the PQ evaluation in its entirety will be eligible to be invited to the Bidding Process.
