Invitation to Register for Pre-Qualification

KUFPEC Indonesia (Anambas) B.V. (“COMPANY”) a Gross Split Production Sharing Contractor of Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (“SKKMIGAS”), invites potential service Contractors (“BIDDER”) to participate in the Pre-Qualification process as follows:

1 Bid Number : FADM/076/KIABV/2020

2 Bid Title : Provision of Car Rental Services for Jakarta Office

3 Contract Period : Twenty Four (24) Months

4 Scope of Work : Provision of rental services for one (1) unit of SUV Type vehicle with latest year complete with qualified driver, All Risk Insurance, maintenances, repairs, vehicle registration and other COMPANY’s requirement and specification to support daily operational of Jakarta office.

5 Type of Procurement : Services

6 Business Qualification  : Small, Medium and Large Business

7 Business Classification : Other Services

8 Minimum Local Content : 30 %

Interested BIDDER with qualification, experiences and classification in line with the above scope of work will be able to register and participate in the PQ process by following the below Pre-Qualification registration and submission schedule and instructions:

1 PQ Registration Period : 29 – 30 April and 01 May 2020 at 08.00 – 15.00 hours

2 Document Required to be Submitted for PQ Registration  : 1. SPDA (Sertifikat Pengganti Dokumen Admin) or Deed of Establishment, Article Association and its Latest Amendment. 2. Business License (SIUP) in line with the Scope of Work Above. 3. Statement Letter confirming that BIDDER will be able to meet the minimum Local Content of 30% signed by BIDDER authorized personnel. 4. Statement Letter confirming BIDDER intention to participate in this PQ process along with the contact information of the Person in Charge (email and cell phone) signed by BIDDER authorized personnel. All the above Registration document shall be submitted in soft copies via email to idn-procurementcommitte@kufpec.com cc: wsomiadiredja@kufpec.com.

3 PQ Document Distribution Period  : 01 May 2020 at 08.00 – 15.00 hours PQ Document will be distributed to BIDDER’s email provided during registration.

4 PQ Submission Date : 08 May 2020 at 15.00 hours All PQ Proposals shall be submitted in soft copies via email to idn-procurementcommitte@kufpec.com cc: wsomiadiredja@kufpec.com by the due date above.

5 PQ Correspondences : All correspondences and PQ proposals related to this PQ process shall be addressed to the following: Procurement Committee
