INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION

Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited as Contractor of Cooperation Contract (KKKS) of SKKMIGAS hereby invites goods and service providers to participate in the following tender.

Scope of Work:

Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited (COMPANY) plans to select a single drilling CONTRACTOR to handle bundled of Drilling Services for Sidayu drilling campaign to achieve goals set by COMPANY. This CONTRACTOR is expected to work together with COMPANY, COMPANY’s Support Service provider and COMPANY’s Drilling Rig to achieve the set goals. This bundled contract is including all associated risk which might be encounter during whole drilling & completion operation foresees the need for mud chemical, additives, and engineering services to support COMPANY drilling program for development wells in Pangkah Block. The duration of contract duration is for twelve (12) months.

General Requirement for Registration:

Interested Applicants could register for the pre-qualification process by submitting following documents:

1. Interest Letter to participate in the Tender using Applicant letterhead complete with address, phone number, facsimile number and active email that can be contacted.

2. Valid SPDA (Surat Pengganti Dokumen Administrasi) which issued by SKKMIGAS Centralized Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD).

3. List of experiences within last 7 years in providing bundling drilling services or integrated management for drilling services especially for offshore drilling campaign.

4. Financial Report year 2019 or 2020 audited version for Financial Due Diligence purpose

COMPANY will evaluate above APPLICANT’s document first before providing the complete Prequalification Document.
