ANNOUNCEMENT OF PRE-QUALIFICATION VIA CIVD

Medco E&P Natuna Ltd as the Contractor of Oil and Gas Production Sharing Contract is inviting Company that meet the Pre-Qualification (PQ) to participate in Goods and/or Services Procurement as follow:

Procurement Title : Provision of Actuated On- Off Valves for Belida Extension Project

10. Peralatan Pengaman (Safety Tool) antara lain: Katup Pengaman (Safety Valve), Breeder Valve, Water Sprinkle, H2S Detector, H2S Unit, Pemutus Arus Listrik (Fuse), Alarm, Life Boat, Life Raft

Local Content Minimum Requirement  : 10%

Company Status : Perusahaan Dalam Negeri (PDN), Perusahaan Nasional (PN), Konsorsium PDN, atau Konsorsium PDN & PN

Scope of Procurement:

Supply of Shutdown Valve (SDV), On-Off Valve, Blow Down Valve (BDV) including but not limited to provision of design, engineering, procurement of materials, manufacture, fabrication, inspection, testing, delivery, commissioning support and any other supporting services as required by Company in the form of Call Of Order.

PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the process of Pre-Qualification with the requirements as completely stated in Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document. The PQ participants candidate who interested shall follow the following process:

1. Registration period and collecting Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document at https://extranet.medcoenergi.com : 3-5 November 2020

2. Submission Date of Pre- Qualification Document : 10 November 2020

Remarks:

1. The PQ participants candidate who interested to register shall registered in Centralized & Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD) website (www.civd-migas.com) and have a valid SPDA.

2. PQ participants candidate who registered shall upload all required document for Pre-Qualification through e-Proc website (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).

3. If Consortium, the tender participant who represent the Consortium shall register in Pre- ualification in the Company’s e-Proc system (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).

4. Specific for Integrated Construction tender, Company who register shall registered in the APDN Services books and only Company who registered in the APDN Services books can act as the Lead of consortium, if register as consortium (not applicable for re-tenders).

5. Details can be seen on https://extranet.medcoenergi.com PQ participants who passed the Pre-Qualification will be invited to participate in such tender and to collect Tender Document.
