INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION

Saka Energi Muriah Limited as Contractor of Cooperation Contract (KKKS) of SKKMIGAS hereby invites goods and service providers to participate in the following Prequalification.

• BID NO & TITLE BID-23-0258  Provision of Accommodation Standby Vessel and Utility Vessel Services

• QUALIFICATION : Big Scale Company

1. Scope of Work:

Saka Energi Muriah Limited and Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited (COMPANY) requires CONTRACTOR to provide one-unit Accommodation Standby Vessel and one-unit Utility Vessel to be utilized in connection with COMPANY's offshore operations to support Muriah and Pangkah operations throughout the Contract term.

Accommodation Standby Vessel: at minimum, the VESSEL shall comply to the following main purpose:

- Supporting offshore production and marine activities such as, Well Intervention; Pigging; Work Over Job, Mooring Buoy & Nav Aid Buoy Maintenance & Repair.

- Accommodation and Standby Vessel

- Standby Boat for Emergency Response and Evacuation, Oil Spill and Fire Fighting

Utility Support Vessel: at minimum, the VESSEL shall comply to the following main purpose:

- Supporting Platform activity to transport material and supplying of Fuel and Fresh Water

- Transport Food Container; Deck cargo; Pot water; Fuel; Dangerous Goods, Hazardous Waste.

The duration of Contract shall be 730 days (two years) with estimated Commencement Date by Q4 2024.

The Point of Mobilization shall be Lamongan Shorebase, East Java.

2. General Requirement for Registration:

Interested Applicants could register for the pre-qualification process by submitting following documents:

1. Interest Letter to participate in the Tender using Applicant letterhead complete with address, phone number, facsimile number and active email that can be contacted.

2. Valid SPDA (Surat Pengganti Dokumen Administrasi) which issued by SKKMIGAS Centralized Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD).

3. Schedule of Prequalification:

Details of pre-qualification requirements and general scope of work are provided in the Prequalification Document. Applicant could register and collect the Prequalification Document via electronic mail at the schedule given below:

This tender process is based and refers to the Pedoman Tata Kerja SKK MIGAS No. PTK.007/SKKIA0000/2023/S9 (Revisi-05) and tender guidlines no. EDR-0143/SKKIH0000/2023/S0 and only qualified applicant could participate in this Prequalification.
