Combined Cycle Gas Turbine Power Plant Independent Power Producer Project (“Jawa-1 IPP Project”) was tendered by PT PLN (Persero) and awarded to a consortium of PT Pertamina (Persero), Marubeni Corporation, and Sojitz Corporation.
The consortium incorporated an IPP project company, PT Jawa Satu Power (“JSP”), where this project includes the design, financing, constructing, owning, and operating of a gas power plant facility with a design capacity of 1760MW.
In order to accommodate the power plant operations, JSP requires procurement written in this Request of Quotation (RFQ)

II.TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your quotation should meet the following terms and conditions:
1) Special Terms
a. Quotation must show RFQ No provided at the top of this document
b. Please submit your quotations in 2 (two) attachments:
1. Technical proposals containing technical aspects and without any commercial information for technical evaluation purposes, example: Brochures, technical proposals, catalogs, etc.
2. Commercial proposal in details that only contain price information
c. Delivery term:
“Delivery Duty Paid” – FSRU PT Jawa Satu Power, Pelabuhan Patimban,
Patimban, Kec. Pusakanagara, Kab. Subang, Jawa Barat
d. Required date: 1 February 2022
e. Partial delivery of goods: Not Allowed
f. Pre-bid meeting will be held on:

h. Additional Technical documents required such as: Certificate of Manufacturing (COM) Guarantee Letter
2) General Terms
a. Price Quote should be in: Indonesia Rupiah (IDR)
b. Standard payment term is 30 calendar days (which is prioritized) after the finance department receives the invoice document together with supporting documents (Good receive note, Copy PO, Tax invoice) that have been verified by the user
c. Provide Bank information on the quotation document, which at least consist of: Bank Name, Bank Address, Beneficiary Account, Beneficiary Name
d. Quotation must be signed by Manager level as a minimum
4) Miscellaneous
a. For potentially hazardous materials, please provide MSDS in the quotation document
b. This document is made in the Indonesian and English language, if conflict and/or different interpretation exist between the Indonesian version and English version, the version in the Indonesian language prevails to the extent of the conflict
c. This document, including material and other information provided, contains proprietary and confidential information provided to bidders for exclusive use in evaluating and preparing quotation. If at any time the bidders decide not to respond to this document, please destroy all copies of the documents and confirm non-participation either in writing or by email.
d. This document may not be duplicated and may not be disclosed or distributed to any third party. Bidders must maintain the confidentiality of this document and its copies with the same level of security
