PREQUALIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

NO. PQ/MAS/2020/20

INPEX Masela, LTD. (“COMPANY”), as the Production Sharing Contractor of the Masela Working Area hereby invites companies (“REGISTRANT”), with the relevant experiences and capabilities to participate in the prequalification phase (“PREQUALIFICATION”) and submit the prequalification proposal in Adobe format (.pdf) (“PREQUALIFICATION PROPOSAL”) of a Tender as described below:

Business Classification : Other Services

Business Sub-Classification : Computer Consultation and Other Computer Facility Management Activity; or Information Technology Activity and Other Computer Services; or Other Computer Programming Activity; or Other Management Consultation Activity

Local Content Requirement : Minimum 55%

Company Status :

- Local Company (LC); or

- National Company (NC); or

- Consortium between LC - LC; or

- Consortium between LC – NC.

LC shall act as Lead Firm.

PREQUALIFICATION will be undertaken in full compliance with SKK Migas Working Guideline No. PTK-007/SKKMA0000/2017/S0 (Revision 04) regarding Procurement of Goods/Services Implementation Guidelines and Tender Implementation Guidelines No. EDR-0167/SKKMH0000/2017/S7.

BRIEF SCOPE OF WORKS:

COMPANY requires the qualified vendor to establish an integrated solutions for all COMPANY’s procurement and contract related processes within the online system which fully compliant to PTK 007 Rev. 4 and COMPANY’s internal procedure. The WORKS shall include the implementation phase and application support phase, which will take around eighteen (18) months.

PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENT COLLECTION REQUIREMENT:

REGISTRANT shall formally register by submitting the documents below to COMPANY’s procurement management (“PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT”) through e-mail to jkt.msl.inpextender@inpex.co.jp:

1. Copy of valid Certificate for Replacement of Administration Document (SPDA).

2. Copy of valid Business License in accordance with the required sub-classification indicated above.

PREQUALIFICATION SCHEDULE:

1. Registration of PREQUALIFICATION will be conducted within 3 November 2020 until 6 November 2020 at 15:00 WIB through the following e-mail address jkt.msl.inpextender@inpex.co.jp.

2. PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT will inform the evaluation result based on the submitted prequalification document collection requirement to REGISTRANT. Only REGISTRANT that fulfill all requirements above are eligible to take part in the next PREQUALIFICATION process. PREQUALIFICATION Document will be sent by email on 9 November 2020 together with PREQUALIFICATION invitation to REGISTRANT who fulfills all the requirements.

3. Submission of PREQUALIFICATION PROPOSAL no later than 13 November 2020 at 15:00 WIB (closing time) through e-mail to jkt.msl.inpextender@inpex.co.jp.

Failure to follow the above process and/or failure to submit the required documents as listed above may result in the respective REGISTRANT will not be invited to the subsequent Prequalification/Tender phase.
