Invitation for Pre-Qualification of Power Transformer Component

1. PLN is inviting equipment Vendor from Indonesia and abroad to participate in a pre-qualification process of Power Transformer Component Vendor who are not registered in Pre-Approved List on previous Batch, that have capability to supply the following equipment:

a. Accessories (Buchholz Relay, Pressure Relief Device, Dehydrating Breather, Winding Temperature Indicator/Oil Temperature Indicator, Conservator Oil Level Indicator, And Fiber Optic Thermometer)

b. Bushing

c. Cooling Fan

d. Copper Wire

e. Insulating Oil

f. Insulation Paper And Transformer Board

g. On Load Tap Changer (OLTP)

h. Silicon Steel

The purpose of the pre-qualification is to establish a Pre-Approved List of power transformer component (Daftar Penyedia Terseleksi (DPT)). The DPT list will be used as vendor selection of Power Transformer Limited Bidding of PLN’s funded projects.

2. The general requirements:

a. Must have project experience of supplying relevant equipment :

- Own experience as a manufacturer within the last 5 (five) years.

- have been in continuous commercial operation successfully for a minimum 3 (three) years.

- Has experience in exporting similar products within the last 3 (three) years.

b. Technical Compliance to PLN’s Standard (SPLN T3.007 Spesifikasi Transformator Tenaga)

3. The interested company shall send intention letter (email) to dpt@pln.co.id and Cc to dptrps@pIne.co.id. Any emails sent to different addresses other than the above addresses, will not be considered acceptable and will not be processed. The email shall contain:

- Attention to: PT PLN (Persero) Kantor Pusat, Divisi Perencanaan Pengadaan (DIV RPS), Woe President Pengendalian dan Administrasi Perencanaan Pengadaan;

- Subject: Intent to participate in PQ process of power transformer component;

- Company Name;

- Representative person;

- Email address and phone number of representative person (minimum 2 persons).

4. The package details including description of capacity and technology, and time/room of PQQ meeting (Aanwijzing) will be provided in the Letter of Invitation sent via email along with Acknowledgement, and Confidentiality Agreement as a response of intention letter from interested company.

5. Pre-qualification meeting will be held on November 21, 2019 at PT PLN (Persero) Head Office, Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia.
