I. PREQUALIFICATION INFORMATION

Scope of Work or Specification of Goods Summary : CASING : PIPE, SEAMLESS, 10-3/4 IN OD, 4-.5- PPF, API-5CT, J-55/K-55, BT&C, R-3, C/W COUPLING AND THREAD PROTECTORS. NOTE : THE PROTECTORS SHOULD BE MADE F/ COMPOSITE WITH HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE WITH EXTERNAL STEEL REINFORCEMENT. PROTECTOR PERFORMANCE MUSH REMAIN STABLE WITHIN THE TEMPERATURE RANGE INDICATED BY API. MODEL CLOSE END LIFTABLE (“DRILTEC” TYPE ESP-S OR EQUAL).

CASING: PIPE, SEAMLESS, API 5 CT, 9-5/8 IN OD, 36.00 PPF, K-55, BT&C, R-3, C/W COUPLING & THREAD PROTECTORS, PROTECTORS SHOULD BE MADE FROM COMPOSITE WITH HIGH DENSITU POLUETHYLENE WITH EXTERNAL STEEL REINFORCEMENT OR “ACT” PROTECTOR PERFORMANCE MUST REMAIN STABLE WITHIN THE TEMPRATURE RANGE INDICATED BY API, MODEL CLOSE END LIFTABLE (DRILTECT OR EQUAL PRODUCT). II. PREQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT AND DOCUMENT

A. Prequalification Requirement

Business Classification : Tender ini khusus diperuntukkan bagi Pabrikan Dalam Negeri, Konsorium antar pabrikan dalam negeri dan / atau agen / Distributor yang mewakili Pabrikan Dalam Negeri

Company Domicile Requirement : Tidak Berlaku

Type of Procurement : Barang

Company Status : -Pabrikan DN

- Kons. Antar Pabrikan DN

- Agen/Distributor dari Pabrikan DN

Business Field : Industri Material

Industri Logam Dasar besi dan Baja (KBLI No. 2410)

Business Subfield : Material Logam Setengah Jadi antara lain : Pipa, casing, Flange, Fitting, Elbow, Tee, Steel Bar, Wire Rope

Industri Pipa dan Sambungan Pipa dari Baja dan Besi (KBLI No. 24103)

Minimum Threshold of Domestic Content : 10 %

Provisions for Consortium:

1. Leadfirm : In the event of Consortium, Domestic Company must act as Leadfirm of Consortium.

2. Foreign Company membership : Consortium can not be composed of Foreign Company.

3. At least one of parties in Consortium has business license as per requirement.

4. Leadfirm has to meet business classification as per requirement.

5. Business classification from all parties joined in the Consortium must not exceed requirement.

B. Prequalification Document

1. Cover Letter to participate in prequalification.

2. Valid Administration Document Replacement Certificate (SPDA) from Centralized Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD) system on the business subfield as per this announcement.

This requirement is applicable for all consortium members in the event that Bidder Candidate registers as Consortium.

In the event the consortium member is not incorporated under Indonesia law (Foreign Company), SPDA CIVD refer to requirements of Tender Executor, e.g.: Article of Incorporation, Certificate of Domicile.

3. Prequalification requirements are detailed in http://www.indonesia.chevron.com, menu "work with us -> suppliers -> tenders announcement". Only Goods/Services Provider that has valid SPDA in relevant subfield may participate in this Prequalification process.

4. Especially for Tender of Goods, in the event Bidder Candidate is appointed Agent/Distributor of domestic manufacturer, must submit evidence as Agent/Distributor from the domestic manufacturer.

NOTES :

Submission of prequalification documents listed in Folder 1 – Prequalification Requirement shall through email not exceed 5 MB. Submission of precualification document in other folders and/or further clarification will be thorugh e-mail to rpft@chevron.com (Prequalification Contract Person).

1. announcement is subject to the provisions under SKK Migas Work Procedure "No. PTK-007/SKKMA0000/2017/S0 (Revision 4) and Tender Implementation Guideline "No. EDR- 0167/SKKMH0000/2017/S7".

2. Other provisions in relation to the registration procedure shall refer to TENDER REGISTRATION PROCEDURE, which can be downloaded from the website http://www.indonesia.chevron.com, menu "work with us", submenu "suppliers", sub-submenu "tender registration procedure".

3. Only Prequalification Participants that has been declared as passed the Prequalification process will be invited to participate in the related Tender process.

4. Prequalification Participants that cannot fulfill Prequalification requirements and documents will be declared as not passed Prequalification process.

5. Registration and document submission beyond the above designated time and place is unacceptable.
