It is informed that in the framework of procuring Goods/ Services at PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia, the Procurement Commite opens the opportunity for Goods / Services Providers to participate in the Procurement of Goods / Service as follows :

SCOPE OF WORK : PENGADAAN CADANG HEAVY MAINTENANCE KRL SERI JR205 2021

TERM OF DELIVERY/WORK : Term of delivery : from the date of the contract until December, 15th 2021 including testing and publication of minutes of completion of the work

WORK DELIVERY LOCATION :  Main warehouse Depo KRL Depok PT KCI

CEILING BUDGET : ¥634.709.751 (Japanese Yen six hundred thirty four million seven hundred nine thousand seven hundred fifty one) not including tax PPN 10%

SOURCES OF FUNDING : Principal Permit Year 2021 PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia

2. REQUIREMENT OF PARTICIPANTS

COMPANY QUALIFICATION : Companies with a Net Wealth more than Rp. 5 billion based on the companys last year's financial statements audited by the Public Accounting Firm (KAP) registered with the Ministry of Finance/BPK/independence auditor‘s

BUSINESS FIELDS :  Tools/ equipment/ spare parts : train and testing / mechanical, machinery and electrical / electricity

3. PROCUREMENT SCHEDULE

a. ADMISSION AUCTION :  Wednesday/October,  14th 2020 until 09.00 am until Monday/October 26th 2020 04.00 pm (only served on PT KCI workdays)
