Our company, KEPCO SPC Power Corporation (KSPC), is a Philippine-based Independent Power Producer that owns a 200MW Coal-Fired Power Plant located at Barangay Colon, City of Naga, Cebu, Philippines. Presently, we are in need for Indonesian or Philippines Steam Coal with an estimated quantity of 300,000 MT by Short-term Coal Supply Contract of One (1) year starting from July of 2022 ending on June of 2023.                        

The schedule of this bidding is as follows:

• Pre-Bid Conference                                                                        : March 23 ~ 24, 2022
• Submission of Bid Proposals(due date)                                           : March 29, 2022
• Evaluation of Proposals & selection of preferred bidder(s)          : March 30, 2022

References to date and time in this notice shall be based on Manila Time. Should any of the above dates fall on a holiday, the deadline shall be extended to the same time of the immediately succeeding business day in Cebu City.

KSPC will send the relevant Invitation to Bid to the Interested Bidders only and coordinate the Pre-Bid Conference with the Interested Bidders during the given period above.
