PREQUALIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT
NO. PQ/MAS/2019/0019
INPEX MASELA, LTD. ("INPEX"), as the Production Sharing Contractor of the Masela Working Area hereby invites companies ("Registrant"), with the relevant experiences and capabilities, to participate in the Prequalification Stage of a Tender as described below:
Tender Title: Offshore Geophysical and Geotechnical Survey

Local Content Requirement: Minimum 35%
The Prequalification will be undertaken in full compliance with SKK Migas Working Guideline No. PTK-007/SKKMA0000/2017/S0 (Revision 04) regarding Procurement of Implementation Guidelines Implementation Guidelines No. EDR- 0167/SKKMHOOOO/2017/S7 ("PTK 007").
BRIEF SCOPE OF WORKS:
Contractor to conduct offshore survey which includes geophysical survey with Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV), vessel based associated Ultra High Resolution Seismic (UHRS) survey, Unexploded Ordinance (UXO) survey and the geotechnical survey.
Survey location will be from infield area, along the pipeline route from infield area to shore approach area. The water depth range between 10 meters to 1600 meters.
Scope of work includes:
1. Offshore laboratory testing
2. Onboard data processing and interpretation
3. Preliminary reporting
4. Sample handling and storage
5. Final reporting
PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENT COLLECTION REQUIREMENT:
Interested companies shall formally register by submitting the following documents:
1. Copy of valid Certificate for Replacement of Administration Document (SPDA).
2. Copy of valid Business License -Large Scale in accordance with the required sub-classification indicated above
Other conditions are specified in the Prequalification Document.
PREQUALIFICATION SCHEDULE:
1. Registration and collection of Prequalification Document shall be within 29 May - 4 June 2019 during the hours of 08:00 - 10:30 WIB and 13:00 - 15:00 WIB at INPEX office as per the address below.
2. Prequalification Elucidation Meeting on 14 June 2019 at 08:00 am at INPEX's office as per the address below (Board Room at 39th Floor).
3. Submission of Prequalification Proposal no later than 8 July 2019 at 15:00 WIB (closing time) at INPEX office as per the address below.
