INVITATION FOR REGISTRATION OF INTEREST (Rol) TO TENDER OF JASA PENYEDIA PENGELOLA PROGRAM TABUNGAN PEKERJA

(SAVING PLAN)

PT VALE INDONESIA Tbk (”PT VALE"), located in Sorowako, South Sulawesi, is inviting any financial institution to participate in the Tender of JASA PENYEDIA PENGELOLA PROGRAM SAVING PLAN.

Objective:

To manage PT Vale Indonesia Tbk’s Saving Plan Fund

I. SCOPE OF SERVICES

- Manage Saving Plan Fund of PT Vale Indonesia Tbk’s employees with respect to all related Indonesian Government regulations.

- Manage the Saving Plan fund in a professional inanner, include but not limitedrto; reporting the investment growth and balance statement. '

- Provide Life Insurance Benefit for PT Vale Indonesia Tbk’s employees.

II. THE ROI DOCUMENT MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

A.TECHNlCAL

- Provide valid evidences which show that the institution has any legal right to manage the saving plan program (OJK Registration, etc).

- Has been being in the business of managing saving product for at least 1 (one) years.

- Submit the company profile, which includes but not limited to the Current Company Structure, Parent Company and/or affiliate, Description and chart of investment return in the last 5 years or less refer to the Saving Plan and Life Insurance Program establishment, list of National and Multi National Company customers, etc.

- Has experience minimum 3 years in managing saving plan program.

- Able to manage in discretionary fund.

- Has RBC minimum 160% at least 3 years.

- Has total equity minimum 700 Billion IDR base on financial statement at least 3 years.

- Has total management fund 2Trillion IDR above (excluding DPLK and other assets).

- Has a minimum one staff certified WMI and/or CFA.

- Able to implement a good corporate governance.

-  Has a good track record in the public for the past 5 years (customer and regulatory side (OJ K)).

B. ADMINISTRATION AND COMMERCIAL

Interested provider shall submit the letter of interest together with company profile document, valid Letter of Business permit (SIUP), Deed Establishment (Akta Pendirian & Akta Perubahan), Company Registration (Tanda Daftar Perusahaan), Copy of tax Registration Certification (NPWP), Company Domicile Letter (SITU/SKDP), the last 3 years of Annual Tax Report (2017-2019).

All the above requirements should be sent in hard copy via COURIER not later than 3 November 2020 (courier stamp) to:
