PUBLIC TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT AND INVITATION TO REGISTER
KODECO ENERGY CO. LTD. a Production Sharing Contractor (PSC) of BPMigas, invites interested and qualified civil contractors with sufficient office interior fit-out experience in “Class A” multi-tenant high-rise buildings to participate in a bidding process to provide:
CIVIL WORKS FOR INTERIOR FIT-OUT OF “CLASS A” OFFICE SPACE
(Bid No. 042/TS/HRSS/MARCH-08)
The Scope of Work is to provide the Civil works required for the fit-out of 3,853 semi-gross square meters of office space in the Indonesia Stock Exchange Building Tower I. The Work consists of Building infrastructure repair if required: preliminaries: construction of finished interior partitions and doors, gypsum ceilings, and fixed furniture; and provision and installation of hard-surface floor finish materials. A fast-track construction schedule commencing late May 2008 is anticipated in order to accomplish occupancy by
Prequalification requirements will be
1. Letter of interest to participate In this tender.
2. Submit list of experience in completing similar office interior fit-outs
3. Submit from the Authorized Company Officer in writing that the company is capable, at a minimum, of completing the Scope of Work described above.
4. Submit from the Authorized Company Officer in writing the capability of the company to complete the fit-out by
5. Submit from the Authorized Company Officer in writing that the company is qualified and able to construct the premises according to design and construction documents prepared by a qualified interior designer.
6. Submit from the Authorized Company Officer in writing that the company is qualified by the Indonesia Stock Exchange Building Owner to work in the Building.
7. The company shall have valid and current HSE certification.
8. Copy of Articles of Association and its amendment, including: List of Capital Ownership and Board of Director and Commissioners:

Prequalification documents submitted will be evaluated and only companies meeting the prequalification requirements will be invited to participate in the Tender.
