Invitation to Register for Pre-Qualification

Genting Oil Kasuri Pte. Ltd. (“COMPANY”) as Production Sharing Contractor of Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (“SKKMIGAS”), invites potential service Contractors (“Bidder”) to participate in the Pre-qualification process in compliance to Pedoman Tata Kerja No. PTK-007/SKKMA0000/2017/S0 (Revisi 4) - the work procedure guideline on Supply Chain Management for SKKMIGAS Contractors under Production Sharing Contractor (PSC).

Scope of Services : To provide integrated project management for re-entry/completion wells for five (5) firm wells: ASAP 1X, ASAP 2X, ASAP 3X, ASAP 4X, MERAH 1X and one (1) optional well: KIDO 1X in Kasuri Block, Teluk Bintuni, West Papua.

Minimum Local Content Requirement : 60%

A. General Requirements

Interested Bidders with qualifications and classifications in line with the scope of work being bid, must register and submit the following documents to the email address: procurement.jakarta@gentingenergy.com.

1. Original letter, requesting to participate in the Bid and Pre-Qualification on Bidder’s letterhead, with clear address and telephone, fax numbers & e-mail, and person in charge.

2. Commitment letter stating the minimum local content can be achieved as requested above, signed on duty stamp by the authorized person.

3. Copy of valid Vendor Certificate from CIVD (SPDA).

B. Specific Requirement

In addition to the General Requirements above, Bidders must also submit the following specific documents during the registration:

1. The Bidder shall have experience in Drilling Integrated Project Management/Work Over or similar project in Oil & Gas and Geothermal in remote area (such as in location of Genting Oil Kasuri Pte. Ltd in Nagote, Teluk Bintuni, West Papua) in Indonesia within the last seven (7) years as the Main Contractor of IPM.

2. Preference will be given to bidders who have their own rig. If the bidder does not have their own rig, the bidder shall submit supporting letter from the company who owns such rigs. Minimum capacity of the rig is 2000 HP

C. Registration

The registration period is from 30 January 2023 – 10 February 2023 via email by submitting all the required documents in A.1 to A.3 and B.1 to B.2 in a form of soft copy (scanned pdf, etc). After registration, the Bidder will be given a soft copy of Pre-Qualification Administration containing the requirement of Pre-qualification Documents and HSE Questionnaire containing the HSE requirement

D. Submission of Prequalification Document & HSE Questionnaire

The complete Pre-Qualification Proposal & HSE Questionnaire including all its supporting documents shall be submitted not later than 20 February 2023 at 14:00 hours to the following address:

The HSE Questionnaire shall be submitted in the form of soft copy only and stored in USB flashdisc. If Bidder already had a valid certificate e-CHSMS issued by SKKMigas for High Risk qualification, then HSE Questionnaire is not required to be submitted.

The softcopy of Pre-qualification Proposal and HSE Questionnaire shall be submitted via email to: procurement.jakarta@gentingenergy.com. If the document submitted is more than 5MB, it must be included in cloud storage (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.). Cloud storage links can be inserted into the body of email.

Only Interested Bidders who submitted the above-required documentation in its entirety and pass the Pre-Qualification process will be eligible to be invited to Bid.
