Announcement Of Pre-Qualification Invitation Via CIVD

Medco Energi Sampang Pty. Ltd. as the Contractor of Oil and Gas Production  Sharing  Contract  is  inviting  Company  that  meet the  Pre-Qualification (PQ) to  participate  in  Goods  and/or Services Procurement as follow:

b. 0910 Aktivitas Penunjang Pertambangan Minyak Bumi dan Gas Alam.

Local Content : 75% for Services

Company Status : Perusahaan Dalam Negeri (PDN), Perusahaan Nasional (PN), Konsorsium PDN, atau Konsorsium PDN & PN

Scope of Procurement :

Company will require engineering support, procurement, fabrication and installation support especially in relation to construction of new production facility in the upcoming project and modification of the existing facilities. The Services will cover both offshore and onshore works, and also fabrication work to be done in Contractor’s workshop. Projects will be multifaceted and cover all disciplines as follows:

a. Project Management

b. Structural Steel

c. Civil Structure

d. Concrete Structure

e. Piping

f. Mechanical

g. Painting and Coating

PQ participants  candidate who  interested shall follow the process of Pre-Qualification with the requirements as completely stated in Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document. The PQ participants candidatewho interested shall follow the following process :

1. Registration period and collecting Pre-Qualification Evaluation Document at https://extranet.medcoenergi.com : 19 Feb 2021 - 23 Feb 2021

2. Submission Date of  Pre-Qualification Document : 09 March 2021

Remarks :

1. The PQ participants candidate who interested to register shall registered in Centralized &   Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD) website (www.civd-migas.com) and have a valid SPDA.

2. PQ participants candidate who registered shall upload all required document  for  Pre-Qualification  through  e-Proc website (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).

3. If Consortium,  the  tender  participant  who  represent  the Consortium   shall register   in   Pre-Qualification in the Company’s e-Proc system (https://extranet.medcoenergi.com).

PQ participants who passed the Pre-Qualification will be invited to participate in such tender and to collect Tender Document.
