PT Agincourt Resources (PTAR) specialises in gold and silver exploration, mining and processing within the Martabe Gold Mine. Our operational area is situated in the Province of North Sumatra, with overall management functions based in Jakarta.
In 2023 employing a workforce of over 3,000 employees and contractors. Over 99% of our workforce are Indonesian Citizens (WNI), with more than 70% locally recruited. Going forward, the Company will continue to be committed to implementing operational activities to secure and sustainable operations, minimal environmental impact and long-term benefits for local stakeholders.
The Martabe Gold Mine, situated in South Tapanuli Regency, North Sumatra, spans 657 hectares per December 2023 and commenced production on July 24, 2012. It boasts an annual capacity exceeding 6 million tonnes of ore, resulting in an annual output of over 200,000 ounces of gold and 1-2 million ounces of silver.
All of the operation activity is governed by a 30-year Contract of Work (CoW) in collaboration with the Government of Indonesia, the mining area has evolved from the original 6,560 km2 in 1997 to its present refinement of 130,252 hectares (1,303 km2), encompassing the South Tapanuli, Central Tapanuli, North Tapanuli and Mandailing Natal Regencies. As of June 2023, the mineral resources totalled 6.2 million ounces of gold and 59 million ounces of silver.
Exploration constitutes a vital aspect of our business, which is dedicated to augmenting resources and uncovering new deposits within the framework of our contractual obligations. The oversight of the diamond drilling contract falls under the purview of the Exploration department.

To provide varied numbers of skilled tradespersons on daily hire basis as required by PT Agincourt Resources for shutdown related activities and as resources for small projects development. Skilled trades/labour which required by PT Agincourt Resources are mechanical supervisors, mechanical fitters, boilermaker/welders, belt splicing technicians, rubber/ceramic lining technicians (including sandblasting), scaffolders, scaffold inspectors, mobile crane operators, polywelder/HDPE welder, rigger, sandblaster/painter, trade assistant. The Contractor shall provide a variable number of skilled tradespersons on a daily hire basis to support PT Agincourt Resources in shutdown activities and small project development. The required skilled trades/labor include: • Mechanical supervisors • Mechanical fitters • Boilermakers/welders • Belt splicing technicians • Rubber/ceramic lining technicians (including sandblasting) • Scaffolders • Scaffold inspectors • Mobile crane operators • Polywelder/HDPE welder • Rigger • Sandblaster/painter • Trade assistant |

All skilled labor must possess current, relevant certifications required for work on a mine site. |

The Contractor shall have the capacity to provide between 85 and 120 skilled workers for each shutdown event, as specified in Requirement 1. |
