PT Agincourt Resources (PTAR) specialises in gold and silver exploration, mining and processing within the Martabe Gold Mine. Our operational area is situated in the Province of North Sumatra, with overall management functions based in Jakarta.
In 2024 employing a workforce of over 3,000 employees and contractors. Over 99% of our workforce are Indonesian Citizens (WNI), with more than 70% locally recruited. Going forward, the Company will continue to be committed to implementing operational activities to secure and sustainable operations, minimal environmental impact and long-term benefits for local stakeholders.
The Martabe Gold Mine, situated in South Tapanuli Regency, North Sumatra, spans 657 hectares per December 2023 and commenced production on July 24, 2012. It boasts an annual capacity exceeding 6 million tonnes of ore, resulting in an annual output of over 200,000 ounces of gold and 1-2 million ounces of silver.
All of the operation activity is governed by a 30-year Contract of Work (CoW) in collaboration with the Government of Indonesia, the mining area has evolved from the original 6,560 km2 in 1997 to its present refinement of 130,252 hectares (1,303 km2), encompassing the South Tapanuli, Central Tapanuli, North Tapanuli and Mandailing Natal Regencies. As of June 2024, the mineral resources totalled 6.1 million ounces of gold and 59 million ounces of silver.
We cordially invite qualified and experienced providers of Laboratory Services to participate in the provision of Mobile Sample Preparation Unit and Analytical Laboratory Services. The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering high-quality sample preparation and assay services while ensuring full compliance with PTAR’s operational, safety, and environmental standards. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Establish and oversee the operation of a Mobile Sample Preparation Unit (MSPU) and an off-site assay laboratory to support PTAR’s exploration initiatives. |

Ensure the efficiency and precision of sample preparation processes, including drying, crushing, pulverizing, and splitting, to achieve a final particle size specification of 95% passing 75 microns (#200 mesh). |

Maintain stringent geochemical analysis standards to ensure accurate, reliable, and timely reporting of assay results. |

Obtain KAN Accreditation (Indonesian Accreditation Committee) and ISO 17025 certification within 12 months from the commencement of the contract. |

Uphold stringent safety and environmental compliance, including hazardous waste management, adherence to security protocols, and regular laboratory inspections. |

Oversee operational responsibilities, encompassing sample preparation, equipment maintenance, and the timely submission of assay reports. |
Tender registration will be open from March 10 to March 24, 2025, closing at 17:00 WIB. The Expression of Interest must be accompanied by the following company legal documents:
- NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha) and/or TDP (Tanda Daftar Perusahaan)
- IUJP (Izin Usaha Jasa Pertambangan)
- NPWP (Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak)
- SPPKP (Surat Pengukuhan Pengusaha Kena Pajak)
