PT Agincourt Resources (PTAR) specialises in gold and silver exploration, mining and processing within the Martabe Gold Mine. Our operational area is situated in the Province of North Sumatra, with overall management functions based in Jakarta.

In 2024 employing a workforce of over 3,000 employees and contractors. Over 99% of our workforce are Indonesian Citizens (WNI), with more than 70% locally recruited. Going forward, the Company will continue to be committed to implementing operational activities to secure and sustainable operations, minimal environmental impact and long-term benefits for local stakeholders.

The Martabe Gold Mine, situated in South Tapanuli Regency, North Sumatra, spans 657 hectares per December 2023 and commenced production on July 24, 2012. It boasts an annual capacity exceeding 6 million tonnes of ore, resulting in an annual output of over 200,000 ounces of gold and 1-2 million ounces of silver.

All of the operation activity is governed by a 30-year Contract of Work (CoW) in collaboration with the Government of Indonesia, the mining area has evolved from the original 6,560 km2 in 1997 to its present refinement of 130,252 hectares (1,303 km2), encompassing the South Tapanuli, Central Tapanuli, North Tapanuli and Mandailing Natal Regencies. As of June 2024, the mineral resources totalled 6.1 million ounces of gold and 59 million ounces of silver.

We cordially invite qualified and experienced providers of Laboratory Services to submit proposals for the provision of Assay Laboratory Services. Please be advised that this tender is specifically limited to Assay Laboratory Services. The selected contractor will be responsible for maintaining high-quality laboratory operations, adhering to industry standards, and ensuring accurate and timely geochemical analysis to support mining activities. The scope of services and requirements includes, but are not limited to, the following:

1	Comprehensive Assay Laboratory Operations: Overseeing laboratory operations, including the management of personnel, resources, expertise, and materials.
2	Quality Assurance & Accreditation: Ensuring full compliance with KAN Accreditation (Indonesian Accreditation Committee) and ISO 17025 standards, with the objective of achieving accreditation within 12 months.
3	Safety & Environmental Standards: Adhering to safety protocols and environmental regulations, including the proper management of hazardous waste, security compliance, and conducting routine laboratory inspections.
4	Operational Responsibilities:
	Managing sample preparation for mining operations, which includes grade control, resource development, environmental monitoring, and process plant analysis. Ensuring rapid turnaround of assay results, with daily sample deliveries from Mine Geology to the laboratory. Providing comprehensive Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) reports to PTAR’s designated personnel.

Tender registration will be open from March 10 to March 24, 2025, closing at 17:00 WIB. Interested parties are required to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) via email to the Tender Administrators at MTB-MDG-MartabeSupplyContract@agincourtresources.com, ensuring that each email does not exceed 10 MB.

The EOI submission must include the following company legal documents:

1. NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha) and/or TDP (Tanda Daftar Perusahaan)

2. IUJP (Izin Usaha Jasa Pertambangan)

3. NPWP (Taxpayer Identification Number)

4. SPPKP (Surat Pengukuhan Pengusaha Kena Pajak)

5. Company Deeds (both establishment deed and the latest amendment)

6. List of Clients, Experience, and References
